Digital Enforcement Administrator

Location - Rugby (working from home for the contract)

Contract length- 3 months

Day rate- £10.00 per hour

About the Role:

The Digital enforcement Administrator will provide support to our Digital Enforcement Solutions team ensuring that all aspects of admin support are dealt with and carried out accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Part of the project team working with New York City Civil enforcement.
• Reviewing digital packs from New York city busses
• Verifying evidence from cameras,checking quality of video packs to determine if there is a case to proceed with.
• Looking for issues with the CCTV evidence.
• Helping other team members where necessary.
• Writing reports.
• Data Analysis.
• Any other duties required within the skills required for the role.
• Teamwork - work towards the team's goals, work well with other people, communicate effectively within the team and contribute to a high standard of team morale.

To be considered:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong administrative experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• A good, confident telephone manner and the ability to converse at a senior level.
• Being able to work as part of a team and work unsupervised.
