Randstad Sourceright, a worldwide RPO & MSP Recruitment Services has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Team Administrator to join a multinational technologies company that operates in over 90+ countries. 

Due to an increase in workload, they are now looking for Team Administrator to support their manufacturing facility in Crawley

 

Responsibilities:

• General office admin duties

• Updating of work rota's

• Supporting the production managers

• Uploading data to the in-house system

• Updating Trackers - Excel/Power BI

• Supportint the managers with onboarding new employees

• Booking meetings, transport and accomondation 

• Ordering of IT equipment for new and existing employees

 

Experience and Skills

• Previous administration experience supporting a team, preferably within an engineering or construction environment 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong excel knowledge

• Must be able to work effectively in a typical office setting

• Good organisational skills
