Job title - SAP SD Lead Advanced Key User (LAKU)

Location: Warwick - Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office

Contract length: 12 months, possibility to be extended as project will last for 3-4 years

Rate: £25 to 30ph PAYE - Inside IR35  

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an experienced SAP SD Lead Advanced Key User (LAKU) to work for a global brand name in the energy sector. 

The Role:

Managing and optimising global SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes within the organization. In this key role, you will act as the SAP system owner for SD and Customer Service (CS) modules, lead a global network of Key Users, and support SAP users by troubleshooting and driving system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support global SAP SD/CS processes and users.
• Provide advanced SAP support, including 2nd level troubleshooting.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of SAP processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and testing.
• Deliver user training and create documentation.

Key Skills and experience required:

• SAP SD/CS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integrations, Salesforce CRM, and EDI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with global teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.

 

Essential Experience:

• SAP S&D experience
• advanced key user
• experience in leading advanced Key Users

 

Desirable experience:

• experience in a rollout process is desirable only, but not essential
