Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Brand and Activation Executive on behalf of a highly reputable company in the FMCG industry. This is a 12 month initial contract and will be a heavily Field Based role with flexibility to work remotely or from the Farringdon office base.

 

The Brand and Activation Executive will ideally have previous experience in a Marketing or Business support role in the FMCG industry or have a Marketing related degree. The position will play a key role in areas such as: driving awareness of the brand, support brand deployment through community engagement (social led) and content creation and supporting the field sales teams.

 

Responsibilities:

Support deployment of strategy, driving trial and awareness of the brand:  

  • Coordinates Brand Ambassador execution, including sampling activity and in-store customer management 
  • Day-to-day management of Brand Ambassador team (reports, queries, training, hours worked, payments and expenses) 
  • Leads Brand Ambassador engagement through weekly email updates, incentives, activations and quarterly workshops 
  • Reports on team activity, brand performance and insights through periodic newsletter to the wider business 
  • E2b management – ad-hoc gifting, tradeshow support and stock availability  
  • Running our annual consumer and trade events agenda  

Support UK brand deployment through community engagement (social led) and content creation  

  • Respond to day to day interactions with our community across all owned channels  
  • Deploy initiatives to proactively engage with the wider social community  
  • Respond to inbound consumer comments & queries  
  • Assisting in the building of content calendars alongside the brand team / social agency.  
  • Shooting and editing content at various events  
  • Providing real time updates to our online community via stories when at an event  

  

Sales roles and responsibilities  

  • Support and collaborate with Field Sales Executives to activate our perfect city strategy at scale targeting key stores across the UK 

 

 Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or a business support role in a fast-paced business environment preferred - Would also be open to Marketing Graduates
  • Minimum A-Level or equivalent standard education – GCSE’s in English and Maths required
  • Obsessed with staying up to date with the latest in digital marketing development and always bringing new ideas to the wider team
  • Strong attention to detail and are able to command and direct others
  • Proactive with communication of events, key updates, or issues
  • Ability to see challenges as opportunities & continually improve methods to be more effective and efficient
  • A genuine desire to help make the world a kinder place, committing to always spreading and celebrating kindness
