Job title: Field Services Coordinator
Location: Remote (2 weeks training in Newcastle)
Contract length: 12 months
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Field Services Coordinator on behalf of a well established renewable energy organisation.
The main purpose of this role will be to offer crucial support in the management and coordination of specialised technicians and contractors. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are supported by skilled and properly managed personnel, contributing to the efficient execution of renewable energy initiatives. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining plans for staffing key operational positions
- Accurately identify staffing requirements, facilitating timely allocation of both internal and external staff based on project demands
- Providing support for Technicians and Contractors by managing the administrative aspects of the field personnel
- Organizing training and ensuring that everyone is equipped with the tools and information they need
- Providing onboarding and IT Support for new hires
- Managing the IT onboarding for third-party technicians
- Contributing to process improvement, refining tools and processes that support efficient resource planning and project execution
Required experience:
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Proficient use of MS Office including Excel
- Resource planning skills highly beneficial
- Experience within a training background advantageous
