Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of a global company in the Mobility industry. This role is covering Maternity cover for 9 Months and is onsite Monday - Friday 08.00am - 16.00pm
The successful Operations Receptionist will join the Team based at the Hornsey Site. The Receptionist will help meet and greet visitors, checking ID and assisting sign in and with parking. Acting with professionalism and a warm welcome when visitors arrive offering friendly customer service, taking in mail and parcels, and assigning PPE to all visitors. There will also be Administration support involved in this position and help for the wider teams in cases of sickness and absence.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet all visitors and follow signing in procedures
- Make sure all Health and Safety is adhered to on the front of house desk
- Answer calls and emails accordingly
- Distribute Mail to the correct departments
- Assign correct PPE to all visitors onsite
- Car park procedures
- Manage inhouse system
- Front of house to be kept clean and tidy at all times
- Providing day to day administrative support Duties including raising purchase orders, processing expenses, filing and archiving
- Preparing specialised reports, statistics and correspondence
- Maintaining records and filing systems; typing and entering data into computer systems, including Office applications or specialised software packages
- Administering programmes, projects and processes specific to the organisation unit served
- Logging and reporting annual leave and sickness
- Supporting Team Administrator and cover the role when required
- Support to the Office Manager and the wider business
- Assuring that packages leaving the property are duly authorise
- Ordering and replenishing stationery item
- Arranging meetings (booking rooms and catering requirements)
- Ordering and preparing catering for the meeting rooms
Skills / Previous Experience:
- Previous Reception and Administration experience is desirable
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Great communication via Emails
- Proficient I.T skills and a quick learner when using new inhouse systems
- Available onsite Monday - Friday
