roles and responsibilities
The Communications Manager will be responsible for managing and executing corporate affairs strategies that align with Kenvue’s business objectives in Northern Europe. This role will focus on campaigns to enhance company and brand reputation, fostering employee engagement, and advancing our presence in the community and with key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Affairs: Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation through media relations, social media, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment, ensuring employees are informed, motivated and aligned with Kenvue’s purpose and values.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to ensure timely and effective response to any potential issues that may impact reputation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven working experience in communications or related field.
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in crisis communication and issue management.
