Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an IT Site Lead on behalf of a global CDMO organization.

 

Role Purpose:

The Site IT Lead acts as a Business Partner (BP) and is responsible for effective collaboration with the local business operations and represents Global IT at the site. 

The Site IT Lead is a member of the site leadership team, acting as a key business partner, contact, advisor and escalation point of contact towards Site Business Leadership Team for any IT related matters​.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Assume overall responsibility for site’ IT budget and generate agility and flexibility to manage IT related items 
  • Develop and maintain Site IT Master Plan as part of Lonza’s Digital Strategy
  • Gather tactical input and demand on site specific requirements and coordinate IT project request process
  • Attend Site Leadership meetings and act as SPOC between local key stakeholders and remaining IT organization
  • Provides regular updates to the Site Leadership Team
  • Internal and external Audit – Prepare and represent IT as part of internal and external regulatory inspections and audits
  • Accountable for IT services and project delivery at the site

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Deep IT infra-software and hardware understanding
  • Working knowledge of IT architecture, Enterpise applications, ITIL, IT security & Compliance as well as general IT governance principles
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and steer quick resolution of IT matters
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
