Contract Type: 6-month rolling contract (Inside IR35)
Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour / £26,641 per annum
Working Hours: 37 hours/week (Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:00, Fri 07:30–12:30)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are looking for a Training & Development Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the training and development of our workforce – especially our future talent through the apprentice programme.
This isn’t just data entry or scheduling – you’ll be at the heart of coordinating real learning opportunities, working closely with line managers, external training providers, and apprentices themselves. You’ll help the business stay compliant, well-trained, and future-ready.
Imagine This (Job duties):
- Organising all internal and external training courses – booking, tracking, confirming, and reporting.
- Supporting the Apprentice Programme – from onboarding to tracking training plans and supplying PPE/materials.
- Maintaining accurate training and skills records (SQEP).
- Coordinating with managers to understand who needs training and when.
- Liaising with external training providers to arrange and evaluate training sessions.
- Helping to ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental training is delivered and documented properly.
- Purchasing and managing department training budgets.
- Ensuring GDPR and safeguarding requirements are met.
What You Need to Bring (Experience required):
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an admin-based training, education, or people-support environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills – confident speaking with different people.
- Microsoft Office experience (especially Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Minimum Grade C/5 in GCSE English and Maths.
Desirable:
- A Level or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of apprenticeships, safeguarding, or learning compliance.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive learner data.
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
