Job role

As a Finance Analyst you will support the provision of Financial Models and Performance Data for Regional Finance Managers to allow Management Reporting. You will also be responsible for supporting Month End Close with Key SAP Review Reports, providing High-Volume Data Analysis and Financial Reports of cost and revenue entries relating to Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, Cost Centre spend & Recoveries Support wider Commercial Team with SAP related issues.

The role is responsible for:

• Support SAP Month End Close.  Specifically, SAP/BA Dash Reported Numbers around Orders, Sales and Margin Performance Data validation.
• Overhead and Recovery Reports – Owner of Cost Data issued to business
• P&L Completion with alignment to Centrally Reported Numbers
• Ownership of Monthly Dashboards for all Field Service Managers.  Using Inputs from Finance, Recovery KPI, EHS etc.
• Innovative use of IT tools and Reporting Models to drive improvement and efficiency in all Financial Processes.
• Performance Reporting for all Services Maintenance Contracts.
• Support Process of Clean Financial Controls (Aged OIH, Debt, UBCS, Stock, Accruals, P Payments etc.)   
• Support Reporting and clearance of aged items.
• Support Business Forecasting and Budget Cycle through financial data and models
• Internal Control (ICFR) Preparation using SAP Control Data (Copa, Payroll etc)
• Go to Person for Finance Intern/Grad within the team to support their development and delivery of financial data.

To be considered for the Finance Analyst role you must have the below skills and experience:

• Part Qualified (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) OR studying towards Qualification – Not Mandatory
• Track Record of delivering against financial deadlines
• You must be able to manage, prioritise and allocate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Expert skills using Excel for Financial Reporting and good working knowledge of all other MS Office Applications.  
• Good working knowledge of SAP or similar would be advantageous.
• A willingness to travel for Meetings (Role supports UK).
