Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of a leading energy company.
Job purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join the established team on an initial 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuable hands-on support to ensure continuous smooth operation within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Entry request for quotes / order entry on SAP
- Handling any customer complaints with a drive to find resolution first time
- Ordering high-value components
- Following up on and expediting delivery of spare parts within the wider supply chain
- Acting as a main point of contact with customers and providing a communication link with the internal department and supply chain.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong experience in customer service, ideally within the energy industry
- Ability to communicate well with customers and a team player, flexible and pro/active with a can do attitude
- Proficiency in SAP and SAGE is extremely desirable
- Excel experience is essential
