Job title - MES Customer Support Co-ordinator

Location: Smethwick, full time onsite. Some travel to other sites in the West Midlands will be required from time to time

Contract length: 12 month maternity cover

Hours: 37.5 per week (9-5 with some flex)

Rate: £16-£18ph PAYE

Overview

Our client is looking for a fantastic Customer Support Coordinator to join their team, providing top-notch Managed Equipment Services (MES) to our valued NHS Trust clients. This isn't your typical desk job; it's a chance to make a real difference in healthcare!

What You'll Do:

• You’ll be part of the 1st line support calls, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Work closely with our team and clients, planning effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, making onsite visits to keep everything running smoothly.
• Assist in project support, including system installations – a chance to get involved in the entire process.
• Maintain excellent records, comply with policies, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Liaise between clients and the company, handling requests and answering questions effectively.
• Help produce performance data, and participate in service/support review meetings.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a call handling or helpdesk environment is necessary for this role
• Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Radiology is helpful but not essential
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Superb communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills 
• Team player who loves collaboration and contributes positively!
