Job Profile: Shipping Coordinator
SE WP ON EXE P&LOG LOG GD1 TRM is looking for an employee who:
would like to help shape the tasks of a shipping coordinator for the GD1 EXE Team with a high
level of personal commitment and ensure that the local team can smoothly carry out the
transport and customs clearance tasks for our Service operations in Spain.
Task:
 Support the transport team in the daily operational coordination of material transport
bookings, customer requests and export clearance requests for worldwide deliveries
from the plants/warehouses in Spain.
 Support transport requests from global customers
 Ensure that export controls are carried out in accordance with the law and that compliant
customs documents are prepared
 Create/amend export paperwork including invoices, packing lists, loading lists etc
 Assist in resolving customs-related issues, including documentation errors, and
inspections, to ensure smooth customs clearance.
To be successful in this role, it is desirable that you will bring :
 Working experience in transport logistics, customs and export control.
 Experience in using SAP systems and EDI booking.
 Excellent knowledge of English and very good organizational skills, confident in using
MS Office applications.
 Works independently, has very good communication skills, is very team-oriented and
very careful in daily tasks.
