Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an Customer Service Operator on behalf of a leading infrastructure company. 

 

 

Job purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Operator to join the established team on an initial 3-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to both customers and engineers to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of projects.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • First line of customer support & contact on a daily basis working with the customer relationship manager to ensure KPI's/SLA's are met. 
  • Administrative ownership over a set of customer accounts, ensuring customer data is kept live and accurate. 
  • Receiving customer fault calls (email or phone), scheduling and dispatching the engineer within the contractual requirement to these. 
  • Ensuring required purchase orders are received for all reactive works and invoiced accordingly. 
  • Issuing of RAMS to the customer 
  • Ensuring all engineer tick sheets and British Standard certificates are completed and stored correctly. 
  • Raise and issue maintenance invoices to customers. 
  • Work with the wider business team to ensure the contracts are delivered correctly.
  • Completion of daily administration duties as required. 
  • Ordering of parts as required to support preventative and reactive maintenance works. 
  • Scheduling, allocating and raising of purchase orders for subcontractors and 3rd parties 
  • Creation of preventative maintenance plans and scheduling these in to meet with the contractual requirements.
  • Booking of engineers holiday/leave within the planning tool. 
  • Day to day management of the Customer Service Portal.

 

 

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience using SAP is desirable
  • Proficient in Office 365
