Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator on behalf of a leading healthcare company.

 

 

Job purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Procurement Administrator to join the established team on an initial 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuable administrative support to ensure continuous smooth operation within the strategic procurement team.

 

 


Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management – End to end supplier management process from supplier selection and due diligence, qualification through to relationship and conflict management.
  • Procurement Governance – monitor and manage adherence to Procurement policy and P2P process to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
  • Market Analysis & Early Involvement – Analyse the market to identify procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential exposure or to exploit possible opportunities, whilst ensuring early engagement with cross-functional partners.
  • Bid Preparation – Support the RFI, RFQ & RFP tender scoping process. Including tender preparation, analysis and clarification, TOCO evaluation and award.
  • Digitalisation Projects – actively contribute to projects and collaborate in work groups to drive transformation and process efficiency using appropriate digital tools.

 

 

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Customer centric with excellent communication and change management skills
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and strategies
  • Perceptive business acumen with a focus on impact and outcome
  • Enjoys collaborating and can work effectively in cross functional teams to find innovative solutions
  • High levels of attention to detail and proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
  • An understanding of systems tools e.g., SAP, Qlik View, KNIME, Power BI and Power Automate
