Contract length: 9 month initial contract - Potential to be extended or go Permanent
Shift Pattern: Training all onsite for the first 3-4 weeks and Hybrid 2 days per week in the office after training is completed (39 hours per week 4 8.5 days and 1 day 7.5 hours Monday to Friday )
Pay Rate: £12 Per Hour
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Faults Administrator on behalf of a global company in the Tech/ Energy industry. This role is initially for 9 Months but has potential to be extended or go Permanent.
The successful Faults Administrator will join the Service Operations Team based in the offices in Poole. The Faults Administrator will offer full support to the Faults Team in the form of Admin support, Data Input, Telephone based queries and email response, liaising with Engineers working with Numbers and Data.
Responsibilities:
- Be aware of the contractual SLA’s for the NHH, HH and sub-metering faults and contribute to achieving these SLA’s.
- Work to daily and weekly targets set by the faults team leader. Be able to manage your own workload to achieve these targets, being flexible to accommodate a change in priorities.
- Monitor and improve industry and customer performance, producing reports to show visibility of this.
- To interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales, via multiple communication methods including telephony.
- Provide full administrative support to the team in relation to process improvement ideas/suggestions.
- To ensure that the data entered into any of the back office systems is of a high quality and is accurate.
- To understand and to work within the framework of the company's values.

- Professional Telephone/ Written skills
- Proficient I.T skills - especially using Excel and Data Input
- High level attention to detail
- Call Centre experience
- Industry experience desirable - understanding a Mplan within Energy
- Have worked for an Energy supplier within Metre Reading would be desirable but not essential
- Self Motivated with a good understanding of Data
