Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator on behalf of a medical technology business providing innovative solutions to NHS and private customers such as medical equipment, IT solutions, and services. They work with a large number of vendors and require a skilled Procurement Administrator to manage their vendor relationships and ensure compliance. This is a 6 month rolling contract with flexibility to work on a fully remote basis and the option to work from their Camberley office base if desired.
The Procurement Administrator, will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the procurement process. You will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers, managing changes to existing supplier information, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role demands attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new suppliers and all relevant administrative tasks involved
- Managing changes to supplier information
- Interfacing effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Implementing and maintaining follow-up processes
- Monitoring email inbox for relevant requests and approvals
- Procurement Governance – monitor and manage adherence to Procurement policy and P2P process to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Prior experience in procurement is ideal, but strong administrative experience will be considered
- Good understanding of procurement processes and strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Previous experience using SAP would be advantageous but not essential
