Administrator (Finance and general)
Location: High Wycombe
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Full time (also open to part time)
Hybrid: At least one day a week on-site
roles and responsibilities
- Finance administration tasks: Raising POs, tracking spend, creating spreadsheets for tracking, liaising with different spend owners across the region, reporting on spend to management, working closely with spend owners
- Organization of distribution of specialized documentation of the department
- Writing explanatory letters to other departments, divisions and partners of the company (as requested)
- Recording and documenting procedures
- Enforcing office protocols and policies
- Registration and authorization of specialized contracts of the department in the company's systems
- Registration of specialized accounts of the department
- Creation and monitoring of Purchase Orders in Company system
- Organization and control of transfers at the request of department employees
- Organization and control of notarization of copies at the request of employees of the department
- Database maintenance and modeling. Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.
- Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets including budget
how to succeed
You will be an excellent communicator and will have the ability to communicate with global market leads. You will also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team. You will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven financial administrative experience (3-5 years preferably)
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration.
This role offers flexible working hours (part time or full time). Hybrid (at least one day a week on-site)
