Location/remote: Ulverston/Hybrid 

Contract length: 6 Month - rolling contract

Pay rate: £18ph PAYE

Randstad Sourceright, a worldwide RPO & MSP Recruitment Services has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Project Administrator to join a world leader in renewable energies that operate in over 90+ countries 

You will be part of the Order Delivery Team, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of customer purchase orders. 

The role is heavily focused on customer interaction both digitally and face to face. You will be working in a fun but fast paced environment critical to our continued success

Responsibilities:

• Processing of customer purchase orders.
• Review of commercial and technical information to ensure accuracy against demand.
• Regular reporting of order statuses through manufacture.
• Collation of data for quality reviews.
• Occasional customer contact via email and calls to discuss project status.

Key skills and experience:

• A strong desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge of the business, its products, and its application within industry.
• Attention to detail and a strong customer focus whilst working in a high pace environment is a must.
• Once trained, an ability to work independently, managing work scopes with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in a sales/customer service setting is desirable.
• Knowledge and understanding of both ERP and PLM systems (SAP & Team Centre) is also desirable but not essential.
