Location: Paddington - hybrid
Travel: potential for occasional overseas travel, up to a max of once a month

Contract length: 12 months (project is for 5 years - so option of temp to perm in future) team still exist after project finishes

Start: ASAP

Rate: £150 to £210 per day - PAYE - Inside IR35  


Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionary products. 

The Role:

As part of the transformational team you will provide support within a growing team.
The team is working on a 5 year project which is a large and full-on scope of work. 
The team works with a consulting firm and you’ll be coordinating all diaries of people in the team as well as coordinating with other Executive Assistants in the team. 

This is a global role as the teams are everywhere across the UK, US and Europe. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for the Program Director and his team for any requests, calls, or meetings – both internally and externally. This will include extensive diary management, anticipating events and deciding upon action required, acting upon key requests, and resolving issues as they arise. Being a good communicator and proactive is key to the role.
  • Ability to support the rest of the team who are all very busy and located worldwide with multiple projects at the same time.
  • Planning & executing complex and fast changing domestic and international travel including all transportation and accommodation for the team. Obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents through company travel agent. Attention to detail is key to this role.
  • Plan other management events during the year including contracting hotels, ground transportation, meeting facilities, caterers, restaurants, etc.
  • The role will also require some admin duties such as raising Purchase Orders and Reconcile expenses for the Program director.
  • Potential to travel for the offsites / workshops, which may not all be in the UK. This would be occasional up to a max of once a month 
  • Use of Ariba and Mobile Expense systems - training provided via a training tool 

 

Key Skills and experience required:

 

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator and / or Executive Assistant
  • Very experienced in complex global diary management
  • Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation
  • Purchase Orders and Expenses 
  • Must be able to pick up systems quickly - tech savvy
