Job title: Advance Operations Coordinator

Location: C A Parsons Works, Shields Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 2YL - Occasional travel to sites

Contract length: 6 months contract subject to extend

Rate: £16/hour PAYE

Work Hour: Shift Pattern  – 7 days on 7 days off  – 6am to 6pm - Wednesday - Tuesday - 30/40% travel required around UK

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for Advance Operations Coordinator Working on behalf of a leading professional services company.

In this role you will manage SGRE wind farm site records, schedules maintenance, and coordinate logistics while tracking costs, time, and parts for billing using the SAP system. Some of other duties include;

• Meticulous administration of SGRE wind farm sites including technical and commercial record-keeping and clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities in line with the customer contract
• Raise, schedule and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with SGRE field staff and customer personnel via Spiridion SAP system
• Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities and create daily and weekly plans for site team as required, optimising the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) and helicopter logistics
• Control and technical verification within Spiridion SAP system; collation of time data and parts consumption to allow billing and parts replenishment to be initiated

Preferred Skills for the role:

• Proficient in computer skills  
• Experience in planning or coordination roles  
• SAP experience is beneficial, but training will be provided  
• Must be flexible and able to travel as required
